How to Start a Return or Exchange
To return or exchange an item, please email us at info@rowdyscrubs.com.au with your order number and a brief note about the issue.
Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange eligible items.
Items must be clean, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and have all labels attached.
Refunds
Eligible returns received within 30 days will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
*Shipping fees are non-refundable.
*Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 30 days, subject to stock availability.
If the requested item is out of stock or priced differently, we’ll issue store credit instead.
*Exchange shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@rowdyscrubs.com.au as soon as possible.
We will assess the issue in line with Australian Consumer Law and provide a refund, replacement, or repair where appropriate.
Claims made after the 30-day return period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange, unless the item is found to have a major fault as defined by Australian Consumer Law.
